Self-Service lets you get information when it's convenient for you. The website is always available at https://mywvretirement.wv.gov.
Is the Self-Service website safe to use? Yes! It's been tested by a company that makes websites secure. When you first register for Self-Service, you'll create your own User ID and Password. For added security, you'll also enter your 6-digit CPRB ID number and answer a "secret question."
